It is a revolution. It encourages consumers to open their eyes to a whole new perspective on food and beverage, and demand nothing less than uncompromised quality. Like we always say, “Know what you drink!” Craft beer means handcrafting limitless and unique flavors and aromas from a combination of simple ingredients. It means adherence to a tradition that is thousands of years old, but also experimenting with non-traditional ingredients and techniques. Most importantly, it means NEVER sacrificing quality for profit.

The Cebruery boasts itself not only for being one of the biggest craft breweries in the Philippines at 27 BBLs per month, but also for being the most awarded – bagging three medals during the Asia Beer Medal competition beating out entries from Singapore, Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Nepal, Hong Kong, Jordan, and from other breweries in the Philippines – with the Chocolate Hills Porter named the best Porter in Asia. The Cebruery has also been hailed the best craft beer in Cebu for two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016 by the Best of Cebu awards.
