Our Brewmaster’s Reserve Series is a line of single batch brews designed to be unique, interesting, and often extreme. Each one of these time and labor intensive brews is made in small quantities and individually hand bottled and numbered. From the dark and roasty to the mouth puckeringly tart and crisp, Brewmaster’s Reserve Series releases are meant to age well over time, achieving new layers of complexity as they mature – so drink a bottle now and save others to enjoy later! They will cellar best in a dark place around 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit). Each of these brews is bottled live with its respective yeast so that it may undergo a secondary fermentation in the bottle as part of the aging process, so be sure to pour carefully so as not to rouse the yeast. Keep your eyes peeled for our Filpino takes on the dark, chocolatey, 10%+ abv Russian Imperial Stout, the sour and effervescent German Berliner Weissbier, the bright and spicy but very potent Belgian Tripel (the older, paler sister of our Core Series Dumaguete Dubbel!), and the toffee-like but bracingly bitter dry-hopped American Barleywine-style Ale. The batches may be the small, but the flavor on all of these offerings are anything but, so grab them while you can!
