This is a decadent twist to our award-winning version of the classic English porter. We’ve infused our Chocolate Hills Porter—already loaded with dark English caramel, chocolate, and roasted malts— with cold-pressed, locally grown and roasted Arabica coffee. We then aged the resulting mixture on whole vanilla beans and toasted French oak, soaked in American rye bourbon, before bottle conditioning each piece with Canadian Grade A dark amber maple syrup. You’ll definitely agree that there’s a new “breakfast of champions!”
Best paired with: roasted or smoked meat; barbecue; Gruyere cheese; chocolate peanut butter cookies.
