We’ve resurrected the Leipzig method of producing beer with our Guimaras Gose. This
salty/sour concoction makes use of Lactobacillus in its fermentation. Our version puts a Philippine twist, using locally-sourced souring bacteria, Filipino sea salt, and lots of mangoes.
